Group Therapy

The enormous benefit of group therapy is that it provides you with
the very powerful ‘here and now’ experience of learning to identify,
understand and change unhelpful patterns of relating to others
and yourself.  For this reason groups are particularly useful if you
are struggling with relationship issues, such as trust,
intimacy and low self-esteem. 

Group therapy also provides the opportunity to break down the
isolation of feeling alone with your concerns.  Interaction between
group members is encouraged and provides you with an
opportunity to explore and try out new ways of relating in a
secure and confidential setting.

As a qualified group therapist, I have facilitated therapy groups
for a number of years.
