I am a qualified psychotherapist and have specialised in working with teenagers and young adults. I have 15 years experience working therapeutically with young people on an individual basis and in groups

• I have worked for over seven years in prisons and youth offending institutes with young women between 15 – 21 years

• I have worked with ChildLine for seven years

• I delivered a counselling and therapy service for Hackney Connexions for two years

• I work with young people referred to me by social services, mental health services and youth offending teams

• In addition I work with young people in my private practice who are referred by their parents or carers

I have worked as a therapist and counsellor with adults for over 17 years

• I offer both short and longer term work from my consultation room in Stoke Newington

• I have worked with adults affected by a range of difficulties including depression, addiction, trauma, eating disorders, relationship problems and sexuality issues

• I also offer therapy to trainee counsellors, therapists and psychologists
